Sammi Shi

At the tender age of 12 the fine art of painting struck Sammi’s curiosity. This youthful inquisitiveness formed the fundamental canvas to Sammi’s designing journey that spans across many cultures, styles and mediums.
Born in Shanghai, China, Sammi was schooled at the Shanghai Light Industry University where she developed her graphic design and advertising skills. She then immigrated to Toronto, Canada where she attended the International Academy of Design and Technology and developed the art of 3D animation, video editing and film / television production.
Sammi has work with some of Toronto’s most well known production companies, broadcasters and communication companies including Rogers, Sun TV, TVA, XM Satellite Radio, Hennessy and Bray Communications, Reel World Film Festival, Real Asian Film Festival and TIFF. Sammi has achieved beyond their expectations in creating quality product and enjoyably entertaining content.
